    The “conductor” who ensures profitable management of the residence, plans and leads activities, and is in charge of human and financial resources in order to offer a living environment that is suited for residents;
  • Food Services Manager
    A manager with experience in food services who is proficient in managing human and financial resources and whose creativity enables him/her to design varied, delicious and balanced menus;
  • Director of Care
    A nursing care professional who takes the well-being of residents at heart, is always looking out for their health needs and possesses a strong talent for mobilizing a team of health-care professionals;
  • Leasing Manager
    A sales expert who uses his/her talent and ideas to rent available units and sell personalized services to retirees based on their needs. He/she also has the ability to organize events and become involved in the community;
  • Administrative Technician
    A professional who is known for his/her sense of organization, excels in planning and provides administrative and accounting services that are essential to the proper management of a residence. He/she also acts as a contact person for employees and managers.

Rehearsing – From acquiring an in-depth knowledge of the market to creating and participating in events that help promote the residence and increase its visibility

Performing – From soliciting potential clients to conducting tours and follow-ups required to close the sale

Signing autographs – From drafting client proposals to completing leases, including apartment rentals and the sale of services

Director of Care

Director of CareYou are the champion for health care in the residence and are responsible for all aspects, from the residents' well-being to the successful operation of the department:

Physical health – From evaluating each resident's health to analyzing and ensuring the quality of the nursing care provided

Human health – From managing and training your team members to supervising their work to coordinating activities that involve external and government organizations

Financial health – From preparing and administering your department’s budget to optimizing your resources' performance

Your responsibilities will also include:

  • Ensuring that all standards related to personal hygiene and environment are applied
  • Analyzing complaints, proposing solutions and formulating recommendations to management
  • Providing, if needed, nursing care to residents
  • Planning and coordinating medical visits
  • Preparing and presenting reports required by management

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or college diploma in nursing
  • Member of the Nursing Association or Order where the employee resides
  • Certificate in gerontology (an asset)
  • 5 to 10 years of experience, including 2 to 3 in a management position
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
